Shipping & Returns 

Shipping:

Every Negative order ships pan-India in 5–7 business days. Your order leaves in our signature box — not a polybag. Because the unboxing is part of the story.

Returns:

Our drops are limited edition. We don't do returns on change of mind — but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Send photos to founder@negative.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
