Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we start prepping your order — and once it’s packed, it’s final.

 


 

Q: How do I know if my order was successful?

A: You’ll get a confirmation email with your order number right after you check out. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can stalk your package like we stalk good feedback.

 


 

Q: What sizes are your T-shirts?

Q: My item arrived damaged. What now?

A: Ugh, we hate when that happens. Email us within 3 days of receiving it at founder@negative.co.in with photos + your order number, and we’ll fix it ASAP.

 


 

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: We don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless your product is damaged or incorrect. Please check all size and product info carefully before placing an order!
